BookMaker ATM Card - Application & Activation

Application Process

Note: The BookMaker ATM Card is currently only available to US and Canadian Passport holders and residents.

1. Log into your BookMaker.eu account and open the Cashier.

1. Switch to the "Withdraw" tab.
2. Select "BookMaker ATM Card".
3. Click on Apply.

2. Fill the application form as accurately as possible.

1. If a field doesn't apply to you, type in "N/A".
2. When you're ready to submit the form, click on Save.

3. Finally, attach a Utility Bill and Passport picture.

1. For approval, the Utility Bill must have a matching address with the account and application form, as well as not be older than 3 months.
2. For approval, the Passport must be valid US or Canadian document (not outdated), in color, and the name must match with the account and application form.

Your application will be reviewed within 3-5 business days and you will be contacted if any troubleshooting is required. Once approved, it will take 7-14 business days to arrive at the address provided in an envelope.

2. Once the card is active and added to the cashier deposit/withdrawal methods, you can deposit and withdraw funds instantly.
