Sports Sims Rules

When betting on virtual Sports Simulations, please keep in mind the following rules:

  1. All results are determined by a completely random computer simulation.
  2. NFL, NBA, NHL, FIFA and UFC games/matches must be fully completed for bets to have action.
  3. MLB games must reach 5 full innings of play ( if the home team is winning) for moneyline bets to have action, or 9 full innings of play ( if the home team is winning) for Run Lines and totals to have action.
  4. If for any reason the power of the streaming service goes out and the game stops, attempts will be made to restart the game where it left off once the power is back. However, if the game failed to auto save, then all progress up to that point will be lost and all bets will be graded as NO ACTION.
  5. If for any reason a blackout occurs and the stream goes offline but the game keeps on playing all bets will have action as long as the stream comes back online and the game gets completed.
  6. If for any reason the line-up that should have started is wrong then all bets will have NO ACTION, Unless the game gets restarted with the correct line-up and they complete the game.
  7. If for any reason the game is started with the correct line-up and the game decides to make a positional change during the intro before the game-play starts then all bets have ACTION.
  8. If connectivity cannot be re-established and the game is not completed, all bets will have NO ACTION.
  9. FIRST HALF BETTING - The 1st half must be completed for bets to have action (In baseball, the 1st half is the first 5 innings).
  10. SECOND HALF BETTING – The game will be paused at halftime to allow for 2nd half wagering. 2nd half betting includes overtime (In baseball, the 2nd half is from the start of the 6th inning until the end of the game, including extra innings).
  11. LIVE BETTING is offered on NFL and NBA simulations only.
  12. Any claims regarding Sports Sims must be made no later than 10 calendar days from when the bet was settled.
  13. BookMaker recognizes the final score of the game at the end of the simulation.
  14. All bets have action regardless of any glitch caused by the game that may occur and affect the final score.
  15. If a Glitch causes the game to freeze, the following rules are applied to both pre-game and live betting:
    • If the game is unable to continue, only those wagers whose outcomes have already been determined at the moment the simulation froze will have action. All markets which have not yet been determined (i.e., are dependant on the game reaching a specific point to be considered official) will be voided and have no action. This includes full game bets on side, totals and Run Lines (in baseball).
    • If the game is able to be continued, all full game wagers will have action as long as the game is completed.
      • NOTE:  PrimeTimeAction will never manually take part in any simulation, however, if the game is frozen due to a glitch, there may be certain cases that can only be resolved by manual intervention. In such cases, PrimeTimeAction reserves the right to momentarily activate a game controller to try and correct the issue.
    • If PrimeTime decides to reschedule a frozen game for a later time or a different day, then all bets will be voided and graded as no action.
