Forgotten or inactive email address (cannot reset info)

If you're trying to retrieve your password or account number, but can no longer access the email you have registered with BookMaker, our team will need to assist you.

For your security, please write to us from another email address, attaching a photo (not a scan) of your ID being sure to keep in mind the following:

  • We cannot accept expired IDs
  • The entire document must be visible, with no cropped edges
  • The photo must be as clear as possible, with no glares, flashes or shadows
  • Only jpg, jpeg, png formats
