Bitcoin & other cryptocurrencies
Bitcoin and cryptocurrency withdrawal requests are processed daily, Monday through Friday, between 05:00 am and 5:00 pm (Pacific Time USA) & from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during the weekends. Once pre-approval is complete, you'll receive your withdrawal the same day. You can request seven withdrawals each week (one per day).
All other methods
Withdrawals are processed Monday to Thursday from 05:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Fridays from 05:00 am to 11:00 am (Pacific Time USA). You can request one withdrawal every week (all methods combined).
Once a withdrawal transaction is approved, there will be a 7-day (168 hour) waiting period before the next one can be solicited.
