Sending documents using a mobile

It is very easy to send your documentation right from your smartphone or tablet. 

First, you want to take a photo of the document you're sending to us using your device's camera. Make sure the entire document is visible and in focus.

Next, go to the Cashier in your sports account and follow these steps:

  1. Select Account
  2. Select Verifications
  3. Choose the correct option depending on what type of document you are sending:
      • 'Document Verifications' - for general verification or withdrawal purposes
      • 'Transaction Report' - for issues related to credit card charges 
      • 'Personal Information' - for updating your personal details
  4. Read the requirements
      • Select the field to update and choose the option you want to change; then hit 'Continue', enter the new value, hit 'Continue' again and upload your ID and hit 'Send'
  5. Hit START and you'll see a document upload icon. Hit this, and you will be taken to your phone's photo gallery or camera roll, where you can select the photo(s) you took.
  6. Select the photo you need to send and hit 'SEND' 
  7. Attach the document
  8. Hit SEND to finish the upload.

Once sent, remember your documents can take up to 48 hours to be reviewed.
