Reimbursement of ERC20 purchase fees:
Email us a screenshot of the purchase receipt showing the fee amount, and we will reimburse your account up to 4% of the purchased amount (minimum $100 deposit). Include the time and date of the transfer as well as destination address.
Send screenshot to cryptofees@bookmaker.eu. Please include your account number in the subject line.
Fees must be claimed within 24 hours from when you deposited with us. After 24 hours we cannot consider any reimbursements. Once we receive the details, we'll credit the fees to your account as soon as possible; it may take up to 24 hours.
